The owner is extremely polite, humble, and grounded, and genuinely takes the time to understand your preferences and helps you choose the menu accordingly. The food is hygienic, authentic, and full of flavour. What I loved most is that every dish has its own distinct gravy taste—unlike many restaurants where everything seems to have the same base gravy. The gravies here are simply super tasty and perfectly balanced. If you love Punjabi food, definitely try the Kulcha—it has that authentic Punjabi-style taste and preparation. And the most important thing for me: the food feels gut-friendly. You can enjoy a satisfying meal without feeling unnecessarily heavy afterwards. Authentic food + great hospitality + hygiene + delicious flavours = an overall fantastic experience. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Vyanjan is a gem in Sadashiv Peth for authentic, flavorful North Indian vegetarian food. Food is consistently delicious. I am happy to have found this out. Taste is great. Portion is sufficient. Not very expensive. The service is prompt and welcoming. However, one big drawback for me is that the customers talk a LOT and very LOUD, making it a noisy place. Not peaceful place to enjoy food. This is not a management issue at all, but rather a lack of civic sense among the public. If you like noisy crowd, the quality of the food makes it well worth a visit!
